Important: Change/Extension of Dates of Form Submission/Entrance Test for BA LLB (Hons) Programme
01-Jun-2011:
The last date of submission of form, date of entrance test and the duration of the entrance test for the BA LLB programme have been modified as follows:
- The last date of the submission of application forms has been extended to 20th July, 2011 (Wednesday)

The entrance examination shall be held on 7th August, 2011 (Sunday).

Duration of Entrance Test shall be of 2 hours 30 minutes.

NLS&JAA website launched by the Governor of Assam
12-May-2011:
His Excellency the Governor of Assam Shri J.B. Patnaik has launched the website of the National Law school and Judicial Academy , Assam "nluassam.ac.in" on 12th May, 2011 at the Durbar Hall of the Raj Bhavan in presence of the President of Law School Shri Madan B. Lokur, Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Gauhati High Court and other dignitaries. The website will contain relevent informations regarding the Law School including most of the informations relating to the commencment of its first Academic Session from August 2011.

Dr. Faizan Mustafa appointed advisor to NLSJAA
01-May-2011:
Dr. Faizan Mustafa, Vice Chancellor, National Law University, Orissa has been appointed as the Advisor of National Law School & Judicial Academy under the Act. He has been advising the Law School in various issues including the preparation for the academic session commencing from August 2011. He is also the member of the Search Committee constituted for appointment of the Director General (Vice Chancellor) of the Law School.
