Profile
Born in the year 1994 at Guwahati, Assam. He completed his Secondary and Senior Secondary schooling from Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Silpukhuri, Guwahati in flying colours. Thereafter he secured admission in B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) Programme at the Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi and graduated in the year 2017. In the year 2018 he completed LL.M. with specialization in Business Law from National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam. He qualified UGC-NET in the subject of Law in July, 2019. On completion of B.A.LL.B.(Hons.), he was enrolled as an Advocate on 20.09.2017 in the Bar Council of Assam, Nagaland, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh & Sikkim and later in March, 2018 he qualified A.I.B.E. Soon thereafter he started practice primarily at the Gauhati High Court under the guidance of his father Shri. Moinul Hoque Choudhury, Senior Advocate. In February, 2023 he was empanelled as an Adjunct Faculty of Law at NLUJA, Assam.
