Prof. (Dr.) Vijender Kumar, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor of Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, delivered a Special Lecture at NLUJAA, providing students with insightful perspectives and an overview on Family Law.

As part of Anti-Ragging Week, NSS Unit of NLUJA, Assam organised an interactive session by Dr. Kasturi Gakul, Assistant Professor of Law, on 14th August to sensitise students and strengthen awareness against ragging. An Extempore Competition was also conducted for 1st Year Students which aims to encourage quick thinking, articulate expression, and confidence in public speaking.
NSS Unit of NLUJA, Assam observed Anti-Ragging Week with an inaugural session on 12th August, featuring an interactive session by Ms. Ankita Kakoty, Psychologist, to spread awareness and promote a safe campus environment.
National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam in collaboration with Critical Criminology Network of British Society of Criminology & Think Justice Foundation and in association with World Society of Victimology organised The 2nd International Conference on Global Criminology and Victimology 2025 at Krishna Kanta Handique State Open University, Khanapara, Guwahati.
Hon’ble Sri Birendra Saraf delivered a special lecture on the theme 'Constitutional Morality' at National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam. The session offered profound insights into the principles underpinning constitutional governance and ethical jurisprudence in India.
